What is CT Scanning?

Computed Tomography (CT) is a powerful diagnostic imaging technique that uses X-rays and computer technology to create cross-sectional images of the body. Our 128-slice CT scanner provides ultra-fast scanning speeds, exceptional image quality, and precise diagnostic capabilities for a wide range of clinical applications.

Why Choose CT at Divine Healthcare?

  • 128-slice CT scanner for rapid, high-resolution imaging
  • Advanced dose reduction technology minimizing radiation exposure
  • Expert radiologists with specialized CT interpretation
  • Fast scanning times (5-10 minutes)
  • 3D reconstruction capabilities for complex anatomy
  • CT-guided intervention procedures available

CT Services We Offer

Neuro CT: Brain and spine imaging for stroke, tumors, trauma, and neurological emergencies with rapid diagnosis.

Body CT: Comprehensive imaging of chest, abdomen, and pelvis for evaluation of organs, tumors, and trauma.

CT Coronary Angiography: Advanced cardiac imaging for assessment of coronary artery disease and heart conditions without cardiac catheterization.

Peripheral & Aorto-Iliac Angiography: Vascular imaging for evaluation of blood vessels in extremities and major vessels.

CT-Guided Interventions & Biopsies: Minimally invasive procedures using real-time CT guidance for precise needle placement.

What to Expect During Your CT Scan

  • You will lie on a comfortable scanning table
  • The table moves through a large circular opening (gantry)
  • Scan is quick and painless (5-10 minutes)
  • For some scans, contrast dye may be administered
  • You will be able to hold your breath during critical scans
